Services
No menu of ten services to decode. You start where you are: doing your own books with me beside you, or bringing the books you already have so we can finally make them make sense. Every deeper session I offer grows out of one of these two doors, and both lead to the same destination.
Path One · You Do the Books
This path is for the woman ready to own her bookkeeping with a guide beside her. You run your books. I train you, and every single month I personally review them. If anything runs amuck, I catch it before it becomes a tax-season problem. This is how financial literacy becomes a leadership skill instead of a chore you avoid.
What a month looks like: you keep your books current in your system, I review everything, flag what needs attention, answer your "wait, what is this?" questions, and you end every month knowing exactly where your business stands.
Choose Your System
My proprietary system: the CEO Ledger app plus CEO Dashboard, built for your business and included free with the service. No software subscription, no bloated features you'll never touch. Your books, your hands, my system and training.
Already in QuickBooks Online, or your business needs it? I set it up right, teach you to run it like a CEO, and review it monthly. You don't have to switch a thing.
Founding rates are held for the first 15 to 20 clients. Not sure which system fits? That's exactly what the Fit Call is for.
Path Two · You Have a Bookkeeper
This path is for the woman whose books are technically covered but whose questions never get answered. Reports arrive, jargon included, and nobody sits down and explains what your numbers mean for the decisions in front of you. That ends here.
The Starting Point
A 90-minute working session with me. You complete a focused intake first, so I walk in already knowing your business. Together we go through your full financial picture across six areas: income, expenses, cash flow, debt, savings, and planning. You leave with your Financial Health Score, a written Clarity Summary you can refer back to, and your two or three most important next steps in plain English. No pitch. No judgment.
The Clarity Session is the first conversation in my Aligned Wealth Pathway. Where we go from there, whether that's pricing, profit planning, or legacy work, gets mapped in your Clarity Summary. We only go deeper when it serves you.
Have a need that doesn't fit neatly into either path? That's a conversation, not a problem. Bring it to the Fit Call.
Where Both Paths Lead
Whether you came in through your own books or through a Clarity Session, there's a room waiting for the woman who wants to keep going. The Profitable Sisterhood is my 12-month group coaching program: 6 to 12 women business owners, weekly group calls with hot seat coaching, a private community, and my five proprietary Aligned Wealth tools deployed across a year-long journey.
This isn't a profit program with values bolted on, and it isn't a values program that happens to mention money. The two are intertwined on purpose. The numbers move because you become someone different, and you become someone different because the numbers make you tell yourself the truth.
Foundation & Truth
Months 1–4. Clean books, your money story, your values, your baseline profit. You stop avoiding and start telling yourself the truth.
Strategy & Stewardship
Months 5–8. Purposeful pricing, revenue streams, stewardship of resources, values-aligned decisions. You stop hoping and start deciding.
Legacy & Wealth
Months 9–12. Your Enough Number, wealth beyond income, your Legacy Canvas, and who you are now. You lift your eyes from the daily.
Investment: $297/month plus a $297 enrollment fee, credited in full if you completed a Clarity Session within the last 90 days. Pay-in-full annual option: $3,136 (12% off).
Commitment: 90-day initial commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days notice.
Enrollment: Doors open twice a year, January and July, by written application and a 30-minute fit call. The waitlist gets 48-hour early access.
One More Door
Coaching isn't for everyone, and some businesses simply need their books handled by someone who knows what they're doing. For a limited number of clients at a time, I offer managed bookkeeping: cleanup, catch-up, and ongoing monthly service. Month to month, no contract, no coaching attached.
