Profitable Penny Accounting is a Christian-owned business. This page is not a filter and it is not a requirement. It is simply a window into the foundation that drives everything we do here, and an open invitation to anyone who would like to look inside.
The Instruction
Most of us were never taught to pay attention to our money. We avoided it, handed it off, or hoped for the best and called it trust. But there is nothing faithful about avoidance. There is nothing honoring about staying in the dark about the resources you've been entrusted with.
This wisdom isn't new. It has always been true.
"Be sure you know the condition of your flocks, give careful attention to your herds."Proverbs 27:23
Know what you've been given. Pay attention to it. Steward it with intention. That is the instruction, and it is the entire foundation of this practice. Every set of books we touch, every number we teach, every question we answer together is an act of faithful stewardship.
The Woman
Before we give her a name, let's talk about who she is. She runs a business. She evaluates investments and makes purchasing decisions. She manages her household finances with intention and plans for the future. She is not apologetic about her capability with money. She is celebrated for it. She works with purpose, and everything she does carries the mark of excellence.
She has been there all along.
"She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard. She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks. She sees that her trading is profitable, and her lamp does not go out at night."Proverbs 31:16–18
She is your client. She is you. The capable, intentional, faith-grounded woman who runs her business with her whole self and refuses to be a stranger to her own money. My mission is to help every woman I work with step fully into that identity, because it was always hers to claim.
From Kimberley
I believe that every client I serve is an opportunity to honor the Lord. Not in a way that makes our work feel religious or our sessions feel like church. But in the way that I show up: with excellence, with care, with full attention to your business and your numbers and your future.
My faith, my business, and my family are inseparable. I was made that way on purpose. We are told to work as though we are honoring the Lord in all that we do, and I have taken that instruction literally. Whatever I do for my clients has to be done in honor of Him. He gets all the glory for every client, every breakthrough, every set of books that finally makes sense.
He blesses my hands to do this work. And my deepest desire is to pass that blessing to your hands, so that as you work in your business, your hands are blessed through His.
Every number we teach. Every conversation we have. Every moment you spend finally understanding what your money is doing: that is an opportunity for us to reflect His love, His care, and His excellence. Whether you share my faith or not, you will feel that in how we serve you. That is the promise of this practice.

The Source
When the work goes well, when the numbers finally tell a story you can lead with, when a woman steps into the financial CEO seat of her business for the first time and feels the ground shift beneath her, that is not something we manufactured. That is a gift. And we do not take it lightly.
"But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth."Deuteronomy 8:18
This is the foundation. Know your numbers as an act of faithful stewardship. Step into the fullness of the capable woman you were created to be. And never forget who gave you the ability to do it in the first place.
